Technical support

SolidVision, s.r.o. has a dedicated technical specialist to provide technical support for our customers. A colleague from technical support helps customers solve both technical problems and also provides assistance to customers in solving problems in the supplied software.

When we discover a problem that is no longer in our power to solve (broken 3D scanner, lost license, etc.), our technical support forwards customer requests directly to the manufacturer. So the customer does not need to speak English.
