Every user buys new software with the idea that "this program will help me in my work", but we often come across the fact that the program does not make work easier. On the contrary, it will make work much more unpleasant.
People who try the software on their own often say: "This program can't do this and that", but when consulting with an expert, it turns out that the user just doesn't know where to look for this function. We will not even mention the time required for self-study of "larger" programs, which is many times greater than when training with an expert.
Any serious company selling IT programs should guarantee user training and subsequent support in case of problems.
